A new great 4x4 interval cardio workout on the spinning bike today! Plus upper body strength training! I’ve not been eating very healthy though.. Tomorrow I hope to find time to go swimming and do my leg-day, but I’ve got so much to do in school! I’m stressing waaaay to much!

I’m high on the endorfines from tonight’s 4x4 spinning-interval! -My leg is (finally) sooo much better! :)
I realised this feeling is what my fitblr is all about. Being happy, living a healthy life, developing a strong, flexible, fit body and a strong mind!
Deleting all pervious disappointments when internet is back! -Changing the way I feel and think about this. NO MORE FELING GUILTY OR HAVING A BAD CONSCIENCE! I’ll be that healthy, fit (and happy:)) chick again! Wait’n see!
